Violation Of Policy By Users

If any User breaches another User's privacy by accessing or sharing their personal data without prior consent, and a complaint is filed, the matter will be reviewed by the Underdawgs Disciplinary Committee. Appropriate disciplinary actions will be taken in line with the Underdawgs Disciplinary Code. Users can report privacy violations by emailing info@underdawgs.in

If a User takes separate legal action against the violator under applicable laws, Underdawgs will not be involved in those legal proceedings. Underdawgs also reserves the right to take independent legal action against the violator under relevant laws.

Violation By Third Party

If a third party accesses or shares a User's personal data without their consent, the affected User has the right to take legal action against the violator under applicable laws. Underdawgs will not be involved in such legal proceedings. Similarly, if a third party unlawfully accesses or discloses confidential Underdawgs data without prior permission, the following actions may be taken against the violator:

  • Legal action under applicable laws
  • Blocking their access to Underdawgs platforms and services
  • If the violator has a business relationship with Underdawgs, they may be blacklisted from any future collaborations or transactions
